ABOUT ME
"The price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it." ~Henry Thoreau
Working across many industries (Education, Technology, Non-Profit, Animal Behavior, and Investment Management) I was always bringing order to chaos. Organization is the central theme interwoven in everything I’ve done — integral to performing my jobs, supporting my friends, as well as propelling how I run my own life. It was second nature in such a way that I didn’t realize that’s what I was doing. Helping a friend sort through their garage or pantry, packing up a family member’s house, or re-engineering office practices — these were just things I enjoyed doing. Then one day I came across the term “Professional Organizer” and thought, “Wait a minute! This is a thing?”. Now I help people by doing something I love full time.
One thing I have to tell you is “organizing” is NOT about hiding clutter away in color coded bins. I used to think that The Container Store held the answers to getting organized. I could roam the aisles for hours dreaming about the perfect use for all of the bins, totes, jars, and baskets. However, the more I worked with people the more I realized the important thing is to first get rid of the excess, the clutter — that’s what gets in the way of us being our best selves. When we remove the physical clutter we clear a path for better things in our life.
I take pleasure in helping my clients uncover the home and life they want — compassionately, discreetly, and without judgement. My goal is to have you feeling lighter, happier, and refreshed. |
